Compared to an old pic of Visa's planes..

You can only tell her planes are unparallel when her ears are down, and I'm not holding out much hope that they'll change, but I'm hoping her forehead will eventually grow to the same length as her nose. Even if they don't, she has so many other great qualities I may still consider her. I will have to contact her breeder first and ask about her brother that was returned. He was returned for temperment reasons which worries me. She has a long line of very solid temperments behind her, odd for so many of the dogs in her pedigree being from European bloodlines, so that's good. Some of the dogs in her pedigree worry me though because they are from a kennel that I've heard bad things about healthwise. I'm going to do some more research and see what I can come up with, it may just be a rumor. I have to admit I would be very curious to see what would come out of her and Amex. I've never seen a breeding out of such different types. For all we know it could be something amazing. Candy is a very sweet dog, she has so much personality and she loves people. I can definatly see her being a good herding dog; next time I go herding I'll have to bring her up and see. She's very prey-driven, but her eye doesn't seem too good. She's going to be an amazing agility dog; She isn't as driven as Visa but she's quicker on her feet and alot less obstacle focused. I just don't know yet, I'm going to hold on to her until I get my puppy, so I should know by then. I'm probably going to co-own her anyways so I always have the opportunity. We'll just have to see what happens.

Also, guess what I'm buying?? Jake's...."little buddies"... LOL. His owners are going to get him neutered soon, and there's no way they are taking away my nephews little buddies without giving some to me!! LOL. His pups were some of the best pups Marla has ever had. Remember Stormy from my show picture thread?? He is out of Jake. I LOVE Jake, he has such a great temperment, and he's gorgeous. He won a Group 2nd after taking a swim in the creek the day before, no grooming afterwards. Most Belgians are very wary about meeting new people but he will flop over and get you to rub his belly. He's a big doof. I'm hoping to AI Visa's granddaughter with his you-know-whats, if they match up temperment-wise. Of course this won't be for yeeeears, just a future plan.

Oh, and here's a video of Visa and Candy. Jag is back at Marla's, Loki needed a playmate.

Hmm.. Well you know what would come out of the litter, PUPPIES! ;) lol I hope they work out. Do you know anything about how these lines react to outcrosses? Unfortunatley some of my favorite lines (different breed) really don't do well with outcrosses, the closer the better.

Thanks everyone! :)

Not Cand'ys line in particular, but I have seen several outcomes of American/European crossings, including Visa's line. :) Jake was one -- mother completly American, father straight from the Czech Republic. He is GORGEOUS with an excellent temperment. Only one pup from his litter turned out to have a typical European temperment, which was too bad, not to mention she's not a looker lol.

Yep! :) Candy hops, Visa strides.
