Samantha was very cooperative the other day and she posed for a lot of nice photos.
She loves to go out on the deck with me to see what is going on in the yard.

That's just what she did, she came back inside and curled up in her favorite hidey hole to take a nap. :)

I just love her spots and markings. They are so different and unusual and that makes her such a special beautiful girl! I like how you showed both sides so we could see all the black spots mixed with the white. All I can say is she sure is one beautiful girl!

What an interesting day on the deck for Samantha. I love the first pic. The way her feet are it looks like she's strutting on the runway like the famous models. :D

Zoe, I really think you're going to have Samantha around for quite a few years yet. She still looks good and "fluffy" and I don't see even the start of the wasting away and aging that shows up as they start to decline. She really looks good and healthy yet, especially for an 18 year old kitty. I would put money on the fact that she'll live well into her twenties. :D

Samantha is gorgeous and I agree with Debbie, she doesn't look her age. She doesn't look wasted away like Ripley has become over the past 6-8 months. He really shows it and he's just 14 years old.

She is doing very well for her age, I really do hope that she continues into her 20's.
She is still a bit "fluffy" and is on diet food, she has never had a problem with not wanting to eat.
I love her uniqueness from her black nose to her random holstein markings, she is my very special sweet heart kitty. :)
She does sleep more than she used to and she doesn't hear as well as she used to but she sticks close by me where I can watch her sleeping or give her bellyrubs and scritchies when she asks for them.

I dont get a chance to post much, But I have to tell you that I think Samantha is BEAUTIFUL! Her markings are just perfect, and I love her little eyes. You are a very lucky meowmie, and I would love to find a kitty with her amazing markings. :)

KT loves kitties, believe it or not, I found Samantha in a "free black and white kittens" ad in the newspaper. I got her when she was just 8 weeks old and she was one of 4 black and white "cow" kittens with a sweet young tuxedo cat for a mother. She came loaded with fleas and we had to give her a flea dip when we got her home. That is when we first discovered her "attitude". ;)

I wish I had her from a kitten, she was actually dumped at our old house and I found her hiding in the bushes. I have had her since 1994 and the vet felt she was at least 11 or 12 years old at that time, so as we count it she is 22 but she may be older. She has become so grouchy over the years but we love her very much. Thanks for asking about her.

It is usually hard to get good photos of her because she follows me so closely that I keep getting blurry photos of her coming right at the camera.
Cataholic, she decided not to go out on the grass this time, she was happy to keep an eye on the yard from the deck. Usually she likes to nibble on some of the grass near the steps before she goes back in the house.
