I know, VERY pointless thread... but I just wanted to see what you all think are the best dog toys out there!
My Rita is constanty chewing on something... (well she IS a Lab puppy) :D And I would like to give her a better variety of toys.
Please post the name of the toy, and where it is sold at.
(Sorry, I am very bored!) :o Thanks!

I think most Kong brand toys are awsome for chewers! You can get them at most any petstores.

Fozzie loves his orange devil Cuz, it's at Petsmart or Petco.

=D They also love rope toys with tennis balls braided in, Kong toys, the rubber balls that are designed to look like planet Earth, and soft frizbees.

good question.... I just met Kong (my pups) trainer and he said Kongs (dog toy) and hard toys are bad for dogs. He said you want to train the dog to have a soft mouth so buy soft toys. Training a dog to bite a Kong is training them to bite hard and when they are pups they learn whatever they bite to bite hard. He is a police dog trainer with 30 yrs experience and says they use kongs to train police dogs and they shouldn't be use for puppies. What do you all think>?

Cuz balls.. if you can stand the constant squeeking hehe. Our dogs adore their Cuz balls and will play for hours with them. You just have to be careful that the legs are not chewed off.

Also Tuff Tire's (I think thats what their called) are good sturdy chewing toys.

I absoulutly LOVE these toys, and I am posting the ones I feel would be AWESOME toys for Rita.

Canine Hardware Chuck It (http://www.petco.com/Shop/petco_Product_R_4523_PC_productlist_Nav_188_N_22%2 0101_sku_933651_familyID_100209.aspx) - I love Chuck-It's, and my dogs really need it, because they love chewing and chasing tennis balls, and being Boxers and a Pit mix, they slobber a lot! Esspecialy the Boxers.

Air Kong Jack (http://www.petco.com/Shop/petco_Product_R_2644_PC_productlist_Nav_188_N_22%2 0101_sku_402001_familyID_14423.aspx) - I absolutly love these! They're not easy to ruin like tennis balls are at once, and dont get covered in slobber as easily, they are easy to throw and the dogs have an easy time grabbing it.

Soft Bite Floppy Disc (http://www.petco.com/Shop/petco_Product_R_2256_PC_productlist_Nav_188_N_22%2 0101_cp_2_Nao_12_sku_927945_familyID_12562.aspx) - My dogs won't catch and won't really pick up hard frisbees, so this frisbee is great for puppies, as it will not hurt their teeth, and they tend to like it more than hard frisbees.

Stuff-It Kong (http://www.petco.com/Shop/petco_Product_R_1366_PC_productlist_Nav_188_N_22%2 0101_cp_4_Nao_36_sku_96792_familyID_2324.aspx) - I love these kongs, it keeps dogs busy and you can stuff it with stuff like meat, cheese, and buy Kong Stuffing.

I have lots more I absoulutly love, but these are the few I'll post.
