We have been back about 5 days nows and life is getting back to normal. Our howliday was great, gorgeous weather, great friends both hooman and canine, and we stayed only 2 minutes walk from a dog beach, what more could we want :D.

The 10 dogs all had great fun living together for nearly 2 weeks, and everyone was reasonably well behaved most of the time. Tinny was amazing, if we were driving she was sleeping... so that was 24 hours of sleeping on the way up and 24 hours again coming home . No wonder when we stopped to exercise the dogs she would go nuts hehe.

We ended up coming 3rd at the Flyball comp, and that was pretty good as the oppersition was tough. It was fun to race against unknown dogs. And my Miss Clover finally got her FM (Flyball Master) Title.. although i wasn't handling her at the time :(.

Ok 'nuff rambling.....

Beautiful pictures, Rhi. :) It looks like everyone had a good time. Sorry if I missed it but where did you go? Did you initially make the trip for the Flyball Comp. but then decided to make a real vacation out of it? The beach pictures look great. Big Congrats to our beautiful Clover, but we already knew she was a champion.

How fun! It looks like the dogs had an absoulute 100% blast. When I first saw this picture:

It made me think of my Dachshund, Suzie, and all the good times we had at the beach. Thanks :)
(Of course I know that dog isn't a Dauchsie, but he reminded me)

Thanks everyone.

We stayed at a place called Perigian Beach, which is on the Sunshine coat of Queensland :D. Very pretty area, and our area was not too touristy and pretty quiet. We used Flyball as an excuse to go hehe, but it was more of a new team bonding for the dogs and hoomans.

Zoomer Penny is a JRT x who knows what ;). I can't beleive our little dog will be 9 years old this year.

Kay the harness came from a great little pet supply shop in Noosa Heads Queensland, i got quite excited when i saw the range of collars, leads and harnesses. I will try and find a website address for you. Tinny has the matching collar. And i picked up a springer type thing for my bike, iso i can go riding with the dogs.

Great pictures! It looks like all the pups had a blast! I want to go on that roller coasters, I always get so scared that I'm almost in tears. Then once the ride is over I want to go on it again!
