Hi PT! Do you remember us? :) I took a long break from the computer, I've been trying to keep super busy because I decided to quit smoking. I'm now a non smoker! It feels so good. I thought I would share a picture of each of the girls. They are doing wonderful. I sure have missed everyone and their fur kids....

I just took another peek at the pictures and realized you said that you quit smoking! WOW! That's incredible, yay! Good for you, I'd squeeze you, but, you're too far away! Whoopee! :D That is such a huge deal, and, the best thing you could do for you and your loved ones (including your pretty doggy girls)!

Thanks so much everyone! Quitting was quite the challenge, but so worth it. I cant believe how much better I can breathe when I walk the dogs. We will be able to jog now. ;)

Wenisrubber, your hubby really has to want to quit for it to work. My hubby and I quit together there were days I thought we might kill each other. Tell your hubby he would feel so much better if he quit. My husband used the patch it helped him a lot. I did it cold turkey, no wait I replaced my smoking with food. :p

Thanks for the great pictures! It's so great to hear from you and your girls again! Congrats on non smoking. i stopped April 5, with the help of the Nicotrol inhaler, free from my dentist. I do admit, since my b-day has been celebrated for the month and some of my friend s smoke, I did cheat once or twice, but noticed the difference immediately. I figure I cheated, like a diet. but I'm back to non smoking. I never realized how my voice improved, plus I guess I smell better too! I'm with ya girl! Continued good luck! Lots of hugs
