Need help setting up my website on my server (data base)

ok, I'm completely lost & Bluehost doesn't support data base help... I need to change something in my data base to point it to my domain.. My site was changed from iahu.ca to the-dog-dish.net its with the same host company, its just this is my personal account...

If anyone knows what to do & how to use my phpAdmin (the data base program), PLEASE help me before I pull out all my hair :( I know how to add stuff to the database, but not change... oh I feel so screwed :(

It doesn't work that way, as its not open to the public (or myself) as I cannot get help with the database. When I get the database updated with the correct info, it'll be public again...

Its driving me up the wall as I've been trying to get my site online for 2 months now.. took a month just to get the site back from the ex, weeks to get it unpacked & now this :(
