Ginger and I participated in the AWA walk this morning. I only got one picture of her, and it's not in these picutres. But I will get some new ones up soon, as she just got groomed this week and she likes to show off her new do. ;) Anyway, these are the friends she went with:

The Animal Welfare Association Mascot, Flower. I soooo wanted to snatch her up and bring her home, she is as sweet as she is cute.

Does this guy remind you of anyone? He won his medal for coming in second in his class in the 5 mile walk. Hope Nebo is doing as well on his walk today. :)

And believe it or not, this is not Ginger with her new haircut. Although even I would probably have to look twice at this picture (although not so much in person). Her name is Halo, and she is a Husky mix. I thought she was really pretty.

Good Girl, Ginger, for making that walk. Looks like you had plenty of company. I would imagine that given the daily walks you take, you were in good shape for it. And yes we do want to see your new do. Hopefully you can keep looking *fresh* a few more days than Hannah, whose record is about 2.

Great pictures. I love seing the different dogs. Looks like it was a nice day. Love that husky! I forgot all about Nebo's walk today and forgot to donate :(

Our Humane Society had a Mutt Strut today and I took the girls. We had a good time and I got a few pics. I'll have to try and post them. This was the first time that ours was held so it was kind of small but nice. I hope they continue with it and that it grows.

Thanks for getting a pic of Ginger in there. I can't wait to meet her and you both. Its only a week away now! Woo Hoo!
