I would say that its more of a Glare Eye.
I get that from JJJ3 when he doesnt have his Treats.
and from Scrappy 2,when there no Kraft Cracker Barrel Cheese.
And Moose when he doesnt have his Pounce.
The Glare of The Cats is pretty scary.

This is a "glass half full or half empty" photo..... I think he looks very kitty-sexy....
