Hello all. As many probably know (because I blab about it enough! :D) I am flying to Vegas and going to Oregon for a while to get my Chi pup. I will probably be flying back. I don't know if I will fly back from Pendleton to Dallas or shreveport or drive back to Vegas and fly from there to Dallas or shreveport. Anyways. I need help finding an airline approved, soft sided, kennel that is not $300. Also, does anyone know the best possible way to transport honey in the cabin of the airplane (to prevent hypoglycemic episodes)?

i have a chihuahua...and I flew from fort smith, arkansas to fort lauderdale, florida and daisy had no problems what so ever....she would let out a bark when we took off...but other than that no problem!!

I have a little carrier that I put her in and keep her with me...as my carry on luggage...when the plane takes off you put the carrier under the seat in front of you and sometimes when you get to cruising level they will let you take them out.

Yep, that's what I am planning on doing is taking him (possibly, her) as carry on. Does that count as your one piece of carry on or, possibly, your one personal? Where did you get yours?
