I has the privilege of going to this exhibit last Sunday.

It was the most incredible, moving experiences of my life. Not only were there photos, there was the most amazing movies of the interactions of the people in the photos and the animals.

I'd say it was stunning, mind blowing and carry on with adjectives....but it wouldn't do the exhibit justice...

-------------------------

One small observation......People in Lost Angeles aren't that 'smart'..

They can be told not to use their cell phones, cameras or to be quiet and there are always some AHs that CANNOT FOLLOW THE RULES.

This was the most behaved crowd that I have ever mingled with.

They showed uncommon respect, dignity and behaved in a manner that blew me away....

THe only trouble maker was a child of about 6 months old.

The parents QUICKLY removed him form the area!!!

The exhibit closes and is moving to Japan in a matter of weeks... :(

---------------------------------------------------

I want to say that in this day of photoshop, cutting and pasting, and CGI stuff
that seeing the pictures was one thing.

Actually seeing the animals and people, on film, interact, skin to fur was simply amazing.

Enjoy them and be assured that subjects actually were in the same room, at the same time...

Thanks to L,G and K for being part of the magic.

----------------------------

One of our group spotted Steven Spielberg leaving the exhibit...

We all agreed that he was there to steal some film ideas! ;)

Having attended this show in February with Gini, Richard's description doesn't even come close to how it really is (sorry Richard...you did good though ;) ). You can use all the magic words you want, but to be in the audience and experience it, is indescribable. It's a show that will remain in my heart forever....very emotional...very spiritual. I do think it's even better when you attend with people who are special to you. I'm not sure if I would have had the same reaction if I attended alone.

Warning: take kleenex along.....LES will occur.

Husky: go to www.ashesandsnow.org and click on Enhanced Experience. There is sound. It's best to view the website when you are alone and it's quiet and you can close your eyes and "just listen".

Went back through this site with my new state-of-the-art iMac......wow! it's even better now.

This deserves a *bump* so others may discover it, too.
Definitely a "spiritual experience"!
