I am hoping to make calendars again this year - I wanted to remind everyone to get to snapping some good pictures!
A few tips/ideas:
Outside/natural lighting always turns out best! Using your flash can sometimes drain out the colors, create alien eyes, etc.
The less clutter, the better. Try simple backgrounds, scenery, etc. Make sure your pet's face is easily visible - close-ups are best.
Take your pictures and the largest possible setting on your camera - the bigger the better it prints!
If you want your pet featured in a specific month and have no ideas for a picture - try taking some holiday related photos - bunny ears for April, snow for Winter months, leaves for Fall, etc.
I will not be accepting pictures at the moment, this is just a heads up!
