Help name my Blue Eyed Blue Merle Border Pup

[BORDER COLLIE LOVER]

I may keep this pup out of my litter. He is now 7 weeks old. He has blue eyes kinda grayish and greenish in the sun. I was thinking of naming him Frankie. Any other suggestions out there???

I think he looks like a Blue. I know, it doesn't sound original, but for some reason he looks like it. ;) I usually try to think of really unique names, but, that's what is sticking in my head. He's gorgeous, good luck finding the perfect name!

Neel means blue in Hindu. :) I kinda like it. And, I wanted to ask...when was he born? I know a friend who named his puppy Seven because he was seventh in the litter. I think that's a neat idea, and could work with a few different names. There's a book I love about rabbits, and, one of the main rabbits is Fiver because he was fifth. It's a neat way to name a pet, I think. What number was he?

What an adorable ball of fur! I'm sure you'll come up with the perfect name! Try shouting the name out, like you're trying to get his attention from the other side of a field, sometimes I think I have th perfect name, but it doesn't work at a distance. (Like when I renamed a dog Prince, but "Here, Princey" sounded pretty dorky across the dog park~! He became 'Speedo' ;)

Compared to his littermates, his eyes are very blue. They already have darker blue, turning brown. I know it could still change. I will take a better pic of him in the sun. You can see hints of green in the sun. So cute!
