Daylight-Saving Time starts Tonight - or rather Sunday Morning at 2:00 AM.

It's Spring FORward - set the clocks AHEAD 1 hour
if you want to wake up on time in the morning.
Forget to change em - and you'll be an hour LATE all day tomorrow! http://petoftheday.com/i/our_smilies/tongue.gif
(Sorry about loosing that hour of sleep!)

Most of the USA needs to do it - unless you live in
Arizona, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, the Virgin Islands, American Samoa,
Guam and the Northern Marianas - all places where Daylight-Saving Time is NOT observed.

And while you're busy changing all the clocks in the house (and don't forget the CAR clocks) ...
take a minute and insure your safety -
CHANGE the batteries in all your Smoke Detectors - and *TEST* them, too.

A LOT of other countries also observe Daylight-Saving Time - BUT -
they don't all "start" and "stop" the time change on the same days.

Here'sa a site that lists WHO observes DST and WHEN they do it >>>

http://www.unec.net/clock/observe_daylight_saving_time.htm

Not everybody looses their hour of sleep tonight.
:p

That's good to remind people. I don't have to change mine since I live in Arizona I was thinking we had to until you said who don't have to change theirs.

No daylight savings here, but thanks for the reminder. I must email my mom and remind her that only her hours change and to please not call me so early in the morning because it is now two hours earlier over here :D. I'll be sure to sign it "the grump who does not enjoy being woken up early on days off".

Yes, you're right. We've had the clocks an hour forward a week or so here in the UK. I really don't like it, I have to get up another hour earlier, what a disaster!!! I don't mind when we put the clocks back though;) :p I think that I'm used to the new time now though so it's not so bad:rolleyes:
