Treat/Sweets Recipe Thread

I'm going to be on my own soon & thought a new Recipe thread was due. However this one has no meals in it, its a treat/sweet only thread :p

I just made this pie that is to die for- it is so yummy! It is called a Toll House Pie

You make a 9 inch pie crust and put it in a pie plate, uncooked. Beat two eggs until foamy. Add 1/2 cup each of flour, sugar, and brown sugar. Beat until well blended. Blend in 1/2 cup melted and cooled butter. Stir in a cup of chocolate chips and (optional) walnuts. Pour batter into pie crust and bake for 1 hr at 325 degrees. Serve warm with whiiped cream or ice cream.


It looks like a choc. chip cookie in a pie crust but when you cut into it, is all gooey and warm and chocolatly- I think I just found myself a new addiciton!
