We got a assignment today for civics class, some rich family donated $5000 to give to any charity. Our school (classes) have to make a speech saying why the charity we picked should be given the $5000. I have so many ideas already except it can only be 15 minutes wich will be a challange.I decided to do a little something like the girl in the story about Sam

I'm going to ask the shelter to let me use a puppy. I would like to do what the girl in the story did , it says on the sheet that hands on experience with the people who work for the chairty is good. I was just so excited I had to tell you guys. That story was very touching and it was brought to mind as soon as i seen the sheet that our teacher gave us.
