I swear this is a prefectly family friendly post!!! :o :)
Has anyone tried this workout? I just went through the first DVD today and my muscles feel like Jello!! I think I worked out muscles that I didn't know existed :eek: My first impression is that is should be a really great workout once I can untangle my feet and keep up with the 8-counts of the music :)
