It has been a LONG time since I posted here but had promised a few people a LONG time ago I would post some pictures of my Toads and there habitat.

This first Picture is of the whole habitat. Iused plants that are native to Asia most of the tank is water because Fire Belly Toads spend most of there time in the shallow waters of Asia

koxka yes I do love it when they chirp, I live out in the country where the woods stay damp all the time and in the late spring evenings the spring peepers chirp most of the night they sometimes keep me from falling asleep.

buttercup132 unfortinitly SweetPea got a really bad virus that attacked her loungs and three days at the vet he was unable to save her and we (Me & vet) thought it was only right to put her down to end her suffering. I got her cremated and am waiting for a nice day to spread her ashes in the huge grass field behind our home.

I did get anther Rabbit to keep Sweetpea company but unfortunitly they only meet once before SweetPeas passing her name is JC and she is doing well. AND....One day while I was at a pet store in CherryHill I noticed a full grown lop eared rabbit in a small pen and askd the worker about it and they told me he was 2 and his old owner gave him up to the store and if they didnt sell him in the next week he was to be put down. So of course I purchsed him  His name is LUCKY. I felt that because I couldnt save Sweetpeas life that I could save his. JC and Lucky are kept separate (NO babies for them) and once the weather breaks they willboth be fixed and microchipped.
attached is a pic of JC as a baby in the pen outside last fall. The second she is by that same bowl so you can see how big she has gotten and the last one is Lucky. the pics were taken yesterday since it was so nice out I put them n the outside hutch.
