I need to take my mind off Miles and my early stages of flu, so asking a rather light-hearted question that I keep forgetting to ask my vet.

Ted has a pointed head. Not that you can see it through his fur, but you can feel it easily when you stroke his head. His skull bones are joined in an upward ^ sign. I'm sure it doesn't mean anything bad, but I wondered how many others have cats like this. Ted was the largest kitten, and his mother was ill with feline leukemia whan he was born (at least that's what we figured out afterwards), so she may well have struggled with his birth. But in human babies, when this happens, the skull bones gradually settle into place, don't they? In Ted, they fused before they straightened out.

Does anyone else have pointy-headed cats? Any thoughts on why?
