We took him home for about an hour to see how Mandy would get along with him. She did wonderful! You have no idea how proud of her I am! There were no growls - nothing. Just some sniffing and interest.

Oh my gosh, that last picture is great, with Buck and his dad. :) All the puppies are so adorable, and of course their mom is very pretty too. How lucky you get to take care of them!

lol! :D I love that picture too, but I hate how bright it is. My mom was on the side facing Buck's rump and her flash went off at the same time which made the picture really bright.

OMG!!! Thanks for the warning but it almost wasn't enough. I'm in love!! Great pictures. I'll send one of Buck to my kids this morning to start their day! I'd be itching to have that little cutie home with me. Of course it's best that I would stay away from him as long as possible cause he would never get any peace. I couldn't stop kissing him!! :D

Yesterday I started noticing that Buck was getting aggressive. He was into everything, pulling on everyone's tail, growling, etc. I had a big decision to make, because when I picked him he was NOT like that. So I took home blue collar boy and red collar boy (original Buck) to decide which one was better suited for our family. Blue collar boy is a lot like Nova was with her siblings - stand offish, quiet, and submissive. I had a huge decision to make, and ultimately I decided to get blue collar boy instead. I am so incredibly attatched to the other guy, so this was hard, but it is the best thing for us. I think red collar boy is going to be a handful and he needs to go to a home where he will be the only dog, at least until he has a lot of manners.

So, without further adue, here is blue collar boy - our Buck!

He is a bit bigger than red collar boy. I think he'll be about 5 lbs bigger when they're fully grown.

I had dinner with Debra (breeder) tonight, and found out a lot of really neat things about both parents. One thing I found out was there was a yellow girl who was killed by being squished by Angel at 3 days old. :(

Funny you mention that, because today we had four of them over at our house! Not my choice - Devin (breeder's son) kept bringing them over! Tomorrow Debra is bringing them all over to be bathed in our Booster Bathtub.

I can only imagine how hard of a decision that was for you after getting so attached to the red collar boy.. but you'll get just as attached, maybed even more, to the blue collar boy!! :D I can't wait to see pictures as he grows.

Buck is over here right now, he's been sleeping for quite a while. He's so different from red collar boy! I'm pretty happy with the switch :)
