7 DOGS AND PUPS FROM SUMMERVILLE, GA TO IN, AND MN!
SATURDAY AND SUNDAY MARCH 4-5, 2006
Hi folks,
Procrastinator, bogged down at work Molly has done it again. I now have 1 day and a couple of hours to fill all of these legs to get these pups to safety. Please help me do this. Please look through and see if you might be able to help. If not, please forward this ASAP. The shelter is small and rural and the county won’t even pay for shots (rescues pay for them).
2 adult male dogs are traveling to S.A.F.E. Sanctuary. Both dogs are extremely URGENT. Yeller is HW+ and needs to start treatment ASAP and Freckles will die if he does not move NOW.
The 5 pups are going to Pet Paws Search and Rescue in IN with the 2 Great Pyr pups already being adopted. Please help them get to their forever home this weekend. In addition, they Great Pyr pups are set to be spayed/neutered on Wednesday of next week. The 3 young beagle pups will be traveling in a crate and need to be kept totally isolated from the other pups. We spoke to Pet Paws (and my) vet today and she said that they were safe to be transported, but, needed to be kept as isolated as possible. Also, she said that when drivers handle the pups they need to be handled first and then crated before the others get out. If you have the waterless soap that would help as well. Carlean reports that they will cry when they have to go to the bathroom when in the crate. She also said that when the pups are on in their crate and on the blanket they curl up and go to sleep.
