This
is Bear, one of my ferrets when he was a baby. He is still just as
cute, but bigger, and does not like to hold still for his picture, so I am
so glad I got this picture! Now, he would rather try to steal the camera
strap, or I get a blurry shot of ferret nose or paw!
He is almost two years old now, we adopted him and his sister when they were
ten weeks old. He is very gentle and loving. When he is tired he curls up on
my lap and falls asleep. Otherwise, he is busy seeing what mischief he can
cause, pens he can steal, and just has a good time bouncing about at
playtime. But he is so loving, and cute, he gets away with it. And besides,
we know his favorite hiding spots - some of them, anyway - if we need a pen!
